El Horizonte, Santo Domingo RD.- El presidente del Partido Revolucionario Dominicano (PRD) Miguel Vargas , reiteró que Leonel Fernández no puede ser candidato en este torneo electoral.
En declaraciones emitidas Vargas, dijo que tanto la Ley de Partidos como la de Régimen Electoral así lo consignan.
El líder del PRD explicó que los artículos 49 de la Ley de Partidos y el 134 de la de Régimen Electoral no dejan espacio a dudas ni interpretaciones.
“No se puede hablar de violación a derechos fundamentales cuando él ya ejerció el suyo, el pasado 6 de octubre y fue derrotado por Gonzalo Castillo”; reiteró Vargas.
