Tras examinar e interrogar la niña, se determinó que la misma se había dado un golpe en un seno y que no fue tocada como se denunció a la policía

El Horizonte, Hato Mayor RD.- Las autoridades del Ministerio Público tras investigaciones y examinar el legista a la niña, dejó en libertad la tarde de ayer miércoles al pescador Johan de la Cruz, que había sido denunciado por su pareja, Freddy Marte de abusar sexualmente de una hijastra en Sabana de la Mar.
La niña, que no se identificó, fue sometida a una experticia médica, que determinaron que la misma, solo presentaba un golpe en un seno, pero que no había sido tocada por su vagina por el hombre.
Tras quedar en libertad, Johan de la Cruz, dijo: “Gracias a Dios ese hombre quería hacerme un daño, pero ya ven no se le cumplió,, hay un Dios en el cielo, pero así mismo quiero que él me lo pague”.
El hombre no identificó al hombre que según él buscaba hacerle un daño moral.
Agradeció a la Policía, porque los tres días que duró preso no fue maltratado.
Ya antes, la madre y la esposa de Johan, habían negado enfáticamente que este haya violado a una hijastra en Sabana de la Mar, como reseñaron varios medios de comunicación y las redes sociales.
Isabel de la Cruz, madre y Freddy Marte, esposa , dijeron que esa niña solo tenía un golpe en el seno y que no fue violada.
“Estamos desmintiendo que mi hijo no violó a su hijastra, se le hizo prueba y mi hijo es muy serio y muy trabajador” enfatizó la madre del mecánico.
Aprovecharon para para pedir a los medios de comunicación y quienes manejan redes sociales, retirar la foto de Johan de la Cruz, porque él no es un violador.
La historia de la supuesta violación de la menor, inicia cuando la madre la llevó con un dolor en un seno al hospital Señorita Eluoina Cordero de Sabana de la Mar, y los médicos que la trataron habían dicho que la niña había sido violada.
Los médicos del centro asistencial estatal llamaron a la policía, que se presentó al centro, yendo de inmediato a buscar a Johan, quien estaba acostado con problemas de salud, pero que no mostró resistencia.
Fue hecho preso y trasladado al día siguiente a Hato Mayor, donde fue interrogado y la menor examinada por el legista Leonardo Hidalgo, que certificó que ciertamente la niña no había sido abusada sexualmente, sino que presentaba un golpe en su seno derecho, producto de una caída que se había dado jugando con amigas.
En el informe policial, se establece que fue la madre la que denuncia a su pareja de supuestamente haber abusado varias veces de su hija.
