El Horizonte, Puerto Plata RD.- La Mesa Interinstitucional del Poder Judicial, quedó apertura-da en el día de hoy jueves 22 de julio, del año en curso, en horas de la mañana en el Palacio de Justicia de Puerto Plata; la cual es encabezada por el Magistrado Juan Suardi, presidente de la Corte de Apelación, del Departamento Judicial de Puerto Plata.
En esa tesitura participa en dicho diálogo, el licenciado Félix Castillo, presidente del Colegio de Abogados, seccional Puerto Plata..
El propósito de esta mesa, según informó el Lcdo. Castillo es buscarle soluciones a los distintos problemas que enfrenta la justicia en Puerto Puerto Plata, tales como la mora judicial, y otras problemáticas que enfrentan los letrados y usuarios de la justicia.
En ese sentir, según información, se podrá tramitar las quejas correspondientes, a los fines de viabilizar la justicia, en la novia del Atlántico.
La Mesa Interinstitucional está integrada por los siguientes miembros:
1.-Mag. Juan Suardi, pte. Corte de Apelación.
2.-Mag. Procurador de la Corte Lic. Isidro Fabian. Y Lic. Jhonny Suero
3.-Mag. Kelmi Duncan Procurador Fiscal.
4.-LIC.. Francisco Carvajal, Coordinador de la defensoría Pública
5.-LIC. Contreras en Representación del Centro Penitenciario.
6.-LIC. Coronel Micelli, encargado de la Fuerza Publica.
7.-LIC. Félix Castillo Presidente del Colegio de Abogados.
