Ministro Paliza afirma Abinader impulsa Gobierno moderno y eficiente

El Horizonte, Santiago RD.- En una conferencia ante empresarios de zonas francas e industriales de la Ciudad Corazón y la región Norte, el ministro Administrativo de la Presidencia, José Ignacio Paliza, aseguró que el plan de gobierno del presidente Luis Abinader impulsa proyectos de innovación social para garantizar un estado moderno, eficiente y eficaz.
En su conferencia “Innovación empresarial y gubernamental: sinergia clave para el cambio”, ofrecida en un almuerzo empresarial del Centro de Innovación y Capacitación Profesional (CAPEX), el funcionario dijo que es posible lograr una nueva visión que haga al país más transparente, generar soluciones que creen cambios en la gestión pública.
Destacó que se han ido adquiriendo las herramientas y desarrollando las capacidades, y fortaleciendo las aptitudes que se requieren para romper con las estructuras estatales y gubernamentales tradicionales. Sin embargo, entiende que aún se necesitan estructuras ágiles e integradoras que motiven a las academias, los sectores público y privado y a la sociedad civil de manera constante.
“La cooperación entre las innovaciones públicas y privadas debe cruzar las fronteras tradicionales y promover una sinergia hacia el desarrollo.”, aseveró.
El Almuerzo Empresarial es una iniciativa de Capex, AFP Siembra y la Corporación Zona Franca Santiago, en respuesta a la necesidad de alinear los planes multisectoriales a favor del bien colectivo.
Carlos Fondeur Victoria, presidente del consejo directivo de Capex, expresó que abordar la innovación desde el empresariado y el gobierno, en la primera versión del Almuerzo Empresarial, es una manera de establecer las condiciones de colaboración unísona en un proyecto a mediano o largo plazo.
Durante el acto también agotó un turno la viceministra de Innovación, Transparencia y Atención Ciudadana, Dilia Leticia Jorge Mera.
Participaron la gobernadora provincial Rosa Santos; el presidente de la Corporación Zona Franca, Miguel Lama; los viceministros administrativos de la Presidencia, Igor Rodríguez y José Jáquez; Miguel Lama, presidente de la Corporación Zona Franca de Santiago; Hamlet Marcelino, vicepresidente de la empresa AFP Siembra y Cayra Bencosme, directora ejecutiva de Capex.
