Gobierno anunció histórico aumento salarial para trabajadores de las empresas privadas

El Horizonte, Santo Domingo. El presidente de la República, Luis Abinader Corona y el ministro de Trabajo, Luis Miguel De Camps García, anunciaron mediante una rueda de prensa acuerdos arribados a través del diálogo tripartito por el Comité Nacional de Salarios, correspondiente a un aumento para los trabajadores del sector privado atendiendo a la reclasificación de las empresas.

Este histórico acuerdo marca un hito en la República Dominicana, logrando por primera vez en mucho tiempo, aumentos de salarios sin precedentes para los trabajadores del sector privado. Los nuevos salarios serán de 21,000 pesos, equivalente a un 19% de aumento en las grandes empresas, 19,250 pesos para un 59% de aumento en las empresas medianas, 12,900 pesos para un 20% de aumento en las empresas pequeñas y 11,900 pesos para un 11% de aumento en las microempresas, lo que significa un porcentaje promediado equivalente a un 24% de aumento

Las discusiones sobre el tema salarial se realizaron en un tiempo récord motivando la convocatoria de la reunión del Comité Nacional de Salarios, y se desarrollaron mediante el consenso tripartito, conformado por representantes del sector trabajador, del sector empleador y del sector gubernamental.

La reclasificación en la cual se ha basado este histórico acuerdo, considera las microempresas con hasta 10 trabajadores y ventas brutas de hasta 8 millones de pesos anuales, las pequeñas de 11 a 50 trabajadores y ventas brutas de entre 8 hasta 54 millones de pesos en ventas anuales, las medianas de 51 a 150 trabajadores y ventas de 54 a 202 millones de pesos en ventas anuales, y las grandes de más de 150 trabajadores y más de 202 millones de pesos de ventas brutas anuales.

Durante su discurso central el presidente, Luis Abinader Corona dijo que: “Una vez más, los trabajadores y empleadores, han demostrado una sana práctica del diálogo que funciona perfectamente cuando se actúa con los pies en la tierra y con la responsabilidad que la realidad demanda”.

“Este histórico acuerdo marca un hito en la República Dominicana, logrando por primera vez en una coyuntura tan difícil como la actual, salarios promedios reales, por encima del promedio de inflación”, agregó.

“Este, señoras y señores, es el acuerdo que hace que la política tenga sentido. La que trasforma, mejora y atiende las necesidades de la gente, que mejora su día a día y genera esperanza y futuro”, afirmó el primer mandatario.

En tanto que el ministro de Trabajo Luis Miguel De Camps, destacó la importancia que representa el desarrollo de los diálogos entre todos los sectores, poniendo sobre la mesa los intereses y derechos de todas las partes, así como buscando el bien común.

 “Debemos reconocer que todas las partes convocadas a este diálogo sobre el tema salarial, pusieron a un lado sus intereses particulares, manteniendo en todo momento una actitud que nos permitió construir un consenso que servirá de base para mejorar la calidad de vida de todos los dominicanos”, dijo.

 Apuntó que este acuerdo representa un preámbulo de lo que será el Pacto Social de la República Dominicana anunciado el pasado mes de mayo, y que busca crear mejoras consensuadas en torno a las normativas y leyes que regulan las relaciones laborales entre trabajadores y empleadores del sector privado, y todo el Sistema Dominicano de la Seguridad Social.

Durante el anuncio oficial de este acuerdo estuvieron presentes José Paliza, ministro Administrativo de la Presidencia, así como Pedro Brache, presidente, Consejo Nacional de la Empresa Privada, (CONEP); César Dargam, vicepresidente ejecutivo, Consejo Nacional de la Empresa Privada, (CONEP); William Matías, presidente, Confederación Patronal de la República Dominicana (COPARDOM): Pedro Rodríguez, director ejecutivo, Confederación Patronal de la República Dominicana (COPARDOM); Luis Miura, presidente, Confederación Dominicana de las Micros, Pequeñas y Medianas Empresas (Codopyme); Circe Almánzar Melgen, vicepresidenta ejecutiva, Asociación de Industrias de la República Dominicana (AIRD) y Jennifer Troncoso, directora ejecutiva, Organización Nacional de Empresas Comerciales (Onec).

Y por el sector trabajador Rafael -Pepe- Abreu, presidente, Confederación Nacional de Unidad Sindical (CNUS); Eulogia Familia, vicepresidenta, Confederación Nacional de Unidad Sindical (CNUS); Gabriel del Río, secretario general, Confederación Autónoma Sindical Clasista (CASC); José Luis León, vicepresidente, Confederación Autónoma Sindical Clasista (CASC); Jacobo Ramos, presidente, Confederación Nacional de Trabajadores Dominicanos (CNTD); Santo Sánchez, secretario, Confederación Nacional de Trabajadores Dominicanos (CNTD).
