El Horizonte, Santo Domingo RD.- Fallece historiador deportivo Cuqui Córdova.

El historiador deportivo Emilio Nicolás –Cuqui- Córdova, falleció este sábado 7 de marzo a la edad de 90. Fue columnista de varios medios incluyendo Diario Libre. Se inició en la crónica deportiva a la edad de 15 años.

Fue productor de varios espacios deportivos en televisión, Figuras del Deporte, por Telesistema y luego por Teleantillas y, Hablando de Deportes, tanto para radio, como para televisión.

Su trayectoria le mereció varios reconocimientos como la Orden del Mérito Civil, Duarte, Sánchez y Mella, Grado Oficial.
